Bianca Lubbers

Bianca Lubbers is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in project management and client operations. Currently serving as Director of Operations for the Netherlands at Assurant since 2018, Bianca has previously held various management roles at The Warranty Group from 2002 to 2022, focusing on continental European operations and business development. Bianca's career began at Aon Warranty Group, where roles included Call Centre Manager and Account Manager. Additionally, Bianca holds Prince2 Practitioner and Foundation certifications in Project Management from APMG, obtained in 2014.
