Chandra Wilensky

Chandra Wilensky is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent at Assurant, Chandra is responsible for building a Center of Excellence to support global growth and culture, overseeing various talent functions. Previously, as Chief Talent Officer at Northern Trust Corporation, Chandra led a global team to innovate talent solutions for a large workforce and significantly restructured learning and development initiatives. Earlier roles at Allstate and Prudential Financial included strategic leadership in talent operations and process reengineering. Chandra holds a BA in Economics from Duke University, an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University.
