Paul Catalano

Paul Catalano is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and program management within the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Assurant since January 2021, Paul oversees the global business development of Device Lifecycle Management solutions following the acquisition of HYLA Mobile. At HYLA Mobile, Paul has held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Program Management, where responsibilities included operations and client management, and Vice President of Corporate Development, focused on establishing global alliances. Previous experience includes managing M&A at Succession Partners and Livingstone Partners, along with roles at RCBG Consulting, OmniSky, Hewlett-Packard, and Texas Instruments, demonstrating a strong background in strategic alliances, marketing, and engineering. Paul holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
