Syed Ufaq Chashoo

Syed Ufaq Chashoo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Syed Ufaq is currently working at Assure as a Lead QA Analyst since July 2022. Previously, they were associated with WeMapSales from 2021, where they held multiple roles including QA Lead and Business Analyst. In these roles, they elicited requirements, managed testing activities, formulated test plans, prepared test cases, and documented and reported test results.

Before that, Syed worked at Valiant Business Media from 2018, where they served as a Test Automation Engineer and a Quality Assurance Engineer. In these positions, they carried out testing on various solutions, identified and selected automation test cases, and developed test automation scripts using Cypress as the automation tool. Syed Ufaq also handled defect management processes, conducted regression tests, and maintained test documentation.

In addition to their roles at Valiant Business Media, Syed also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and a Graduate Trainee. Prior to that, they completed an internship as a Backhaul and RF intern at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited in 2018.

Syed Ufaq Chashoo completed their M.tech in Computer Science Engineering from Kurukshetra University, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Kashmir, between 2013 and 2018. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in Arduino from ROBOSAPIENS TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. in September 2017, and in Networking and CCNA from HCL Technologies in December 2015.
