Amanda Meehan

Amanda Meehan has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Amanda started their career as an Administrative Assistant in the Corporate Finance Group at Assured Guaranty in 2003. Amanda then moved on to work as a Research/Administrative Assistant at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, where they later became an Institutional Client Services Representative. In 2003, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Integrity Office Solutions LLC. Meehan returned to Assured Guaranty and held various roles, including Analyst, Associate, Assistant Vice President, and currently Vice President, U.S. Public Finance Surveillance. In their roles at Assured Guaranty, they focused on conducting annual credit reviews, producing research and reports on municipal bond issuances, and coordinating work with interns.

Amanda Meehan's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication from CUNY Baccalaureate for Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies. Amanda also completed an Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Understanding Capital Markets from LinkedIn in 2022, and in Managing Project Risks and Changes, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, and Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
