Beth Bowers

Elizabeth Bowers, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, is the Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer and Senior Vice President at AIS. In this role, she is responsible for corporate HR Strategy, Talent Management, Organizational Training and Development and all other facets of HR.

Bowers has more than 30 years of Human Resources (HR) experience, having spent 25 years of it with a public medical device corporation. There, she served as a key member of the management and M&A team who grew the company from $15 million to more than $700 million.

She holds a dual bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Business and Economics and an MBA in Finance from SAGE Graduate School. She was the recipient of the 2013 Individual Excellence in Human Resources Award from the Mohawk Valley SHRM and Chamber of Commerce. Bowers is an active member of the Herkimer, Madison, Oneida Workforce Investment Board and the Mohawk Valley Advanced Technology Corporation. She was also on the Boards for the Resource Center for Independent Living, YWCA of the Mohawk Valley, MV Resources Center for Refugees and served on the New York State Job Service Employer Committee.
