Erika Teles

Erika Teles has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and healthcare solutions. Erika started their career in 2000 as an educator at John Boner Community Center and then moved on to work as a consultant at Premier Healthcare Solutions from 2003 to 2008. In 2005, they joined Next Generation Recruiting as the Vice President of Recruiting and held this position until 2015. During their time at Next Generation Recruiting, they also worked at Assured Nursing Inc as both a Director of Talent Acquisition and a Recruiter, starting in 2015 and continuing till the present day.

Erika Teles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the same institution from 1998 to 1999.
