Colleen Keefe

Colleen Keefe is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at AssuredPartners Investment Advisors since May 2023, Keefe previously held the position of Director of Compliance at RIA in a Box / MyRIACompliance from September 2014 to April 2023. A strong background in regulatory enforcement is reflected in their tenure as Chief of Enforcement/Attorney and Director of the Division of Securities at the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions from January 1997 to April 2012. Additionally, Keefe contributed as a Committee Member for the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) during the same period. Keefe holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and French from the University of Kentucky.
