Exel Caraballo has worked at Aflac as a Worksite Benefits Advisor for brokers from October 2012 to November 2018. From November 2018 to January 2022, they served as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Duley | Bolwar | Pederson. They then moved on to Your Benefit Connection, where they held the titles of Employee Education Director and Enrollment Advisor from November 2018 to May 2022. Currently, Exel Caraballo is the Director of Employee Benefits Education at AssuredPartners starting from May 2022.
