Janet Coffey

Janet Coffey has accumulated a wealth of experience in the insurance industry over the years. Starting in 2000 at USI Insurance Services, they began as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for gathering group benefit information and creating spreadsheets for client presentations. Janet also kept track of carrier plan changes and updates. Janet later transitioned into the role of Account Services Representative, where they advised clients on benefit continuation rights, conducted employee benefit orientations, and maintained accurate records of client benefits.

In 2011, Janet joined Arison Insurance Services as an Account Manager, where they facilitated employee benefit orientations and assisted clients in making informed decisions regarding benefit renewals. Janet also ensured that the internal benefit system accurately reflected all products sold.

Moving on to AgentLink in 2012, Janet served as a Client Services professional, collaborating with brokers to offer additional products for employee benefit packages and resolving billing, claims, and enrollment issues. Janet also supported brokers by aiding their clients in employee benefit renewals and providing insurance quotes.

Currently, Janet holds the position of Regional Director of EB Operations at AssuredPartners, which they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Employment Benefit Team Leader, where they hired and trained new Account Executives, kept staff informed of compliance rule changes, led staff meetings, and provided updates on carrier changes and industry trends.

Throughout their career, Janet Coffey has showcased their expertise in employee benefits, compliance, staff supervision, and client service, making their a valuable asset in the insurance industry.

Janet Coffey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Sullivan University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Janet has obtained certifications, including a Kentucky Health & Life License from the Department of Insurance for the State of Kentucky in 1998. Janet also completed a Fashion Merchandising & Modeling certification at Spencerian College.
