Jim Lenardson

Jim Lenardson has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Jim currently serves as the Vice President of Employee Benefits at AssuredPartners, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to their current role, Jim was a Senior Consultant at Findley, a Division of USI, from 2017 to 2022. Jim also worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from 2014 to 2017, a Client Executive at Hylant from 2012 to 2014, and a Benefit Consultant at Burns Consulting Associates, Inc. from 2007 to 2012. Jim began their career in 2001 as a Commercial Bank Sales professional at Fifth Third Bank.

Jim Lenardson holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Capital University - School of Management. Jim also has a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Economics from The Ohio State University. Additionally, they are a Certified Treasury Professional certified by the Association for Financial Professionals.
