Joe Guercio

Joe Guercio is the current Chief Operating Officer of Retail Operations at AssuredPartners. Prior to their current role, Joe served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at AssuredPartners from April 2016 to January 2022. Joe's previous experience includes serving as the South Region Operating Officer at Willis from March 2008 to April 2016, as well as the Profit Center Manager/EVP at Brown and Brown Insurance from January 2003 to January 2007. In addition, Joe was the President at Execusure from February 2007 to March 2008, and they began their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen from January 2000 to December 2002, followed by a role as Auditor at BDO from January 1998 to December 2000.

Joe Guercio has a BS in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.

They work with Paul Vredenburg - COO & Chief Acquisitions Officer, Steve Deal - Chief Marketing Officer, and Stan Kinnett - EVP & General Counsel. Their manager is Jim Henderson, Chairman & CEO.
