Randy Gabler

Randy Gabler has extensive work experience in various roles related to employee benefits, compliance, and product development. Randy is currently the Director of Employee Benefits at AssuredPartners, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Prominence Health Plan as the Manager of Product Development, where they led projects and analytics for the design, development, and filing of health plan products. From 2012 to 2019, Randy served as the Director of Compliance at AssuredPartners Consulting - Benefit Resource Group, where they played a key role in the development of the company's compliance department and assisted clients with compliance-related matters. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive at Learfield Sports from 2003 to 2012. Overall, Randy has demonstrated expertise in employee benefits, compliance, product development, and risk management throughout their career.

Randy Gabler earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from Cornell University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
