Christelle Y.

Christelle Y. has worked in the customer success field since 2015. Christelle began their career as a Customer Success Manager at Mercer in 2015, followed by Assuralib in 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Responsable du service clients back office at moncourtier.fr, and then moved to Digital Customer Success at Ontex in 2019. Most recently, Christelle Y. has been working as an Insurance Customer Success at Assurly since 2021.

Christelle Y. completed a Master in Digital and Social Media Marketing from Digital College in 2020. Prior to that, they attended ESCG Paris in 2017.
