Lies Benmiloud-Béchet

Lies Benmiloud-Béchet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They began their career at Chubb security in 2005 as a Technicien systèmes and stayed with the company until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Lies worked at IRIS SURETE, where they held the positions of Technicien systèmes and Responsable maintenance systèmes. In 2014, they joined Assystem as a Project Manager and held this role until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Principal Project Manager at Assystem. From 2022 to 2023, Lies took on the role of Head of Digital Factory before transitioning to their current position as Digital Excellence Center Director and Operations Director at Assystem.

Lies Benmiloud-Béchet has an education history that includes an Executive Master degree in Innovation & Management from École Polytechnique (2022-2023). They also hold several certifications, including a Certificate in the Transportation Sector and Silicon Valley Ecosystem Program from the University of California, Berkeley (2023), a Certificate in New Space, Space Systems, Drones from ISAE-SUPAERO (2023), and a Certificate in Industry 4.0 and Future of Robotics from the Technical University of Munich (2023). In addition, they have a previous educational background with a Licence in Informatique et Systèmes électroniques from ESTEI (2000-2002) and completed a UE Network and Telecom program at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (2006-2007). Lies Benmiloud-Béchet also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2018.
