Arihant Dutt has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Arihant started their career as a Consultant at Convergys in 2003 and then worked as a Software Engineer at iFlex Services Pvt Ltd. in 2005. Arihant joined Accenture as a Manager in 2006 and worked there for ten years. In 2016, Arihant joined Vodafone India as an Asst. General Manager - ADM, CRM and later moved to Netcracker Technology as an Engineering Solution Lead in 2017. Arihant then worked as a Salesforce Solution & Program Manager at Birlasoft from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Arihant worked as a Senior Manager at Cognizant, where they were responsible for the Global call center transformation. Currently, they are working as a CRM Director at AST LLC since 2022.
Arihant Dutt obtained a PG Diploma in Data Analytics from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore in 2016-2017. Arihant also received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Nagpur University from 1998-2002. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, COPADO ADMINISTRATOR, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
