Sapana Suresh

Sapana Suresh has over 16 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Sapana is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at AST LLC since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant for almost 9 years, starting as a Senior Manager and later progressing in their role. Sapana began their career at Tata Business Support Services as a Deputy Manager in 2005, where they worked for over 7 years.

Sapana Suresh completed an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they earned a Masters in Personnel Management from the Institute of Management, Social Sciences and Research in 2009-2011.
