Duane Hadfield

Duane Hadfield has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Duane most recently worked at Automated Systems of Tacoma (AST) as their Chief Financial Officer since October 2019. Prior to that, they held various positions at Microsoft, including Director of Business Analytics and Senior Business Analytics Specialist, where they managed teams and developed partnerships to combat tech support fraud and implement lead and case management strategies. Before their time at Microsoft, Duane worked at Strong-Bridge Consulting as a Sr. Program Manager and Sr. Investigative Analyst, where they designed and implemented processes and tools for analyzing corporations and improving operational efficiency. Duane also had roles at Coram Deo Consulting Group, LLC as a Senior Project/Program Manager and Director of Valuation Services, and at Fidelis Deo Consulting as a Senior Financial Analyst. Their early career includes positions at Safeco Insurance as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, and Forecasting & Scheduling Analyst, where they managed operational improvement projects, consolidated call centers, and developed analytical tools for forecasting call volumes.

Duane Hadfield completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance and Economics from Lincoln University (NZ) between 1993 and 1997. During the same period, they also pursued a Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Business Management from Christchurch Polytechnic, which they completed in 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Duane obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification in 2006 from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
