John Vitucci

John Vitucci is a Senior Propulsion Engineer at AST&Science, serving since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading propulsion engineering for space operations and analyzing station keeping requirements for electric propulsion applications. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland, focusing on space power and propulsion as well as teaching physics and thermodynamics. John Vitucci was also a NASA Space Technology Research Fellow from August 2011 to July 2015 and worked as a Teaching Assistant and Laboratory Assistant at Towson University. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MS in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Physics from Towson University.
