Tehung Lin

Tehung Lin has over 20 years of experience in the field of information security and IT architecture. Tehung served as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC from 2015 to present. Prior to that, they worked at Covance as a Principal Architect from 2013 to 2015. Tehung'sresponsibilities included providing all aspects of IT architecture service and ensuring the alignment between business requirements and technology solutions. Before joining Covance, Tehung worked at Bowne & Co., Inc. for over 14 years. During their tenure, they held various positions including VP, Chief Information Security Officer and Sr. Director, Chief Architect. In these roles, they established and managed the company's information security office, corporate information security program, and served as chairperson of the Corporate Information Security Steering Committee. Tehung was also responsible for enterprise-wide security and risk management, IT governance, infrastructure management, and architecture and engineering. Additionally, Tehung architected and implemented a thin client based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) infrastructure which provided scalability, security, and operation controls.

Tehung Lin obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1980. Prior to that, from 1973 to 1977, Tehung Lin earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrophysics from National Chiao Tung University. In addition to their formal education, Tehung Lin obtained certifications, including CRISC from ISACA in August 2011 and CISSP from ISC2 in July 2011.
