Valerie Otero

Valerie Otero has worked as a Senior Team Leader at AST since February 2018. Valerie also served as a Lead Customer Service Representative for a Temporary Proxy Campaign with high call volume in an inbound call center. Valerie'sresponsibilities included using various computer programs such as Telethena, Pavlov Equifax, and True People Search. Valerie was responsible for shareholder approval of proxy vote Board recommendations. Prior to joining AST, Valerie worked as a Medical Assistant at Dr. Frederic Sherman's clinic from February 2017 to June 2017. Valerie'sduties included medical assistance, insurance billing, patient liaison, payroll, management, patient intake, and patient relations.
