Anarbek Utegulov

Anarbek Utegulov is a seasoned professional in business acceleration and funding programs, currently serving as the Director of the Funding Programs Office at Astana Hub since September 2023 and as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. Utegulov has also been a Local Leader at Founder Institute Kazakhstan since June 2020. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nazarbayev University Research and Innovation System, where Utegulov directed both the Business Accelerator and Business Incubator, focusing on supporting startups through various programs. Utegulov's earlier career includes positions at Kazakhtelecom JSC, contributing to ICT projects, and a brief internship at JSC "Transtelecom." Utegulov holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Systems from the University of Surrey and an MBA in Management and Marketing from Kazakh-British Technical University.
