Viktor Tarasov has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Viktor began their career at Ford Motor Company as an Electrician team leader from October 2008 to September 2014. Viktor then joined Nissan Motor Corporation, where they held various roles, including Facility Engineer from September 2014 to February 2017, Maintenance supervisor from February 2017 to March 2019, and finally, Maintenance Senior Supervisor from April 2019 to April 2023. In their most recent role at Astana Motors starting in April 2023, they serve as the Head of Assembly Shops.
Viktor Tarasov received their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering/Space Technology from St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. Viktor pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering and Technology degree from the same university from 2004 to 2011. In addition, they pursued another Master's degree in Management of non-profit, public, and other organizations at Southern Federal University (formerly known as Rostov State University) from 2009 to 2012.
