Edwin Ihura is an experienced telecommunications and technology consultant currently serving as the International Roaming Consultant, International Roaming Manager, and Project Manager at the American Samoa Telecommunications Authority since February 2018, focusing on the implementation of LTE Roaming. As the CEO and Senior Project Manager at Blueprint Digital Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications sector across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the South Pacific, Edwin leads initiatives to help new operators establish their services and networks.
