Brendan Maguire

Brendan Maguire's work experience begins in 2006 as an intern at MSA Security. Brendan then worked as a Senior Executive at Ernst and Young from September 2007 to August 2012. Following that, they served as a Management/Company Accountant at E McIntyre & Sons from August 2012 to December 2014. From December 2014 to January 2017, they were a Company Accountant at Telestack Limited. Brendan then joined IMAC Facilities Management Ireland Ltd as a Finance Manager from January 2017 to May 2018. Brendan returned to Telestack Limited and held various positions, including Finance Manager from May 2018 to May 2019, Cost Accounting Manager from May 2019 to March 2020, and Controller/Head of Finance from March 2020 to February 2022. Currently, since January 2022, they serve as the Director of Finance at ASTEC.

Brendan Maguire completed their high school education at Lumen Christi College from 1997 to 2004. Brendan then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting at Queens University Belfast, which they successfully obtained in the years 2004 to 2007. Following this, Brendan Maguire enrolled at Chartered Accountants Ireland, where they completed their ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree from 2007 to 2011. In addition, Brendan also obtained the certification of Associate Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
