Don J. Sissons

Don J. Sissons is the current President of Breaker Technology, Ltd. at Astec Industries. Don was previously the VP/Controller at Astec, Inc. from January 1990 to July 2005. Don's responsibilities included all aspects of financial reporting, including but not limited to Sales/AR, AP/Cash, Inventory, costing, payroll and fixed assets, as well as monthly B/S and I/S reporting to the parent company.

Don J. Sissons has a BS in Finance from Tennessee Technological University.
