Larry Ruble has a diverse background in the manufacturing industry, with experience ranging from plant management to regional sales. Larry began their career as a Welder/Fabricator at Pioneer Pipe Inc before transitioning into roles such as Entry Level/Production Mill Operator/Quality Control Lab and Asst. Plant Manager. Larry has demonstrated their leadership skills as a Plant Manager at various companies including Asphalt Materials, INC, Russell Standard Corporation, and Rap Management LLC. Currently, Larry serves as the Regional Sales Manager (Parts) at Astec Industries, Inc. and Heatec Inc. Larry holds a degree in Welding Technology from Washington County Career Center and a Diploma in Industrial Technology/Technician from Warren High School.
