P.eng Lien Gangte

Lien Gangte, P.Eng has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Starting in 2002, Lien worked as a Co-Op Engineer at GE for three years. In 2005, Lien joined ASTEC, initially as a Controls Engineer and later as a Lead Controls Engineer until 2013. During this time, Lien successfully troubleshooted PLC networks, modified drives to improve functionality, and provided engineering support for smooth plant operations.

In 2013, Lien joined Patti Engineering as an Electrical Controls Engineer. Notable accomplishments include overhauling vision system stations to improve assembly verification, doubling processing capacity by programming PLC splits, and configuring workstations for communication with the MES/ERP system.

From 2014 to 2015, Lien worked as a Consulting Controls Engineer at ASTEC before becoming an Asphalt Plant Manager at Eurovia BC Group of Companies. In 2015, Lien joined Astec Industries, Inc. as a Senior Controls Engineer, where they currently work.

Lien Gangte, P.Eng pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from 1999 to 2004 at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
