With a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Central Washington University, Philip has worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Generalist, HR Generalist, EH&S Specialist, Human Resources Manager, and most recently as a Senior Director of Human Resources. Philip's experience spans across companies such as Lithia Motors, Milgard Windows and Doors, Carlson Paving Products, Inc., and ASTEC.
