Thomas W. Grier, RN, CHCE, serves as the Chief Development Officer for Astella Home Health and Hospice since November 2023. With extensive experience in healthcare management, Grier previously held the same title at VuePoint Diagnostics, LLC, where a significant increase in mobile radiology exam volume was achieved. Grier has also managed teams and business development for Restore Therapy Services, Comfort Care Home Health, and Comfort Care Hospice, overseeing operations across multiple states. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at US Medical Management, AllianceCare, Texas Home Health and Hospice, Complete Home Healthcare, and American Retirement Corporation, contributing to substantial organizational growth and service expansion in home health and hospice care. Grier earned a BS in Administrative Sciences from the University of Alabama and is a registered nurse.
