Chen Zhong

Chen Zhong is a seasoned professional in compliance and internal audit with extensive experience spanning multiple leading pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of E&C Customer Accounts at Astellas Pharma since October 2022, Chen plays a pivotal role in bridging regional Ethics and Compliance teams to drive transformation initiatives. Previous positions include Senior Director for Greater China and Japan at 安斯泰来制药 (November 2019 - October 2022), where responsibilities encompassed compliance concerning Data Privacy and Anti-Bribery measures, and roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson Controls, GlaxoSmithKline, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Chen holds a BA in Finance from Fudan University, obtained in 2003.
