Elizabeth Jaworski

Elizabeth Jaworski is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent corporations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the General Counsel at Astellas Pharma since April 2024, Elizabeth previously held the position of Global Head of Legal Strategy and Innovation at the same company from February 2017 to July 2024. Prior to Astellas Pharma, Elizabeth served as Director of Legal Operations at Lenovo from November 2014 to February 2017, and at Motorola from June 2006 to November 2014. Elizabeth began their career in legal operations at Sears Holdings Corporation, holding the role of Director from June 1996 to June 2006.
