Jeff Pearl

Jeff Pearl currently serves as the DigitalX Global Head of Information Security & Global Technology/Infrastructure at Astellas Pharma since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff held several positions at Fresenius Medical Care from August 2021 to April 2023, focusing on Digital Technology & Innovation Transformation and Governance. Jeff's extensive experience at Takeda from June 2015 to July 2021 includes various leadership titles such as VP of IT Investments and M&A, VP of IT Integration & Divestitures, VP of Global IT Infrastructure and Operations, and VP and Chief Information Security Officer. Additional experience includes serving as Director of the Americas Channel at AirWatch by VMware in 2014-2015 and as Director of Global Systems at Monsanto Company from 2008 to 2014, where leadership extended over multiple domains such as Mobility and Identity Management. Jeff commenced career at PwC as a Director from 1998 to 2008. Jeff holds an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a BS in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University.
