Mark Dekker

Mark Dekker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as General Manager for Astellas Pharma in the BeNeLux & Ireland regions since October 2023. Dekker's career at Astellas spans over two decades, including various leadership roles such as General Manager for BeNeLux and the Netherlands, and General Manager for Astellas Pharma Turkey. Prior to this, Dekker held several key positions within Astellas, including Country Manager for Romania and Finance Director, as well as roles in financial controlling and audit at Astellas Pharma Europe BV, Exigen Group, and EY. Dekker holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, obtained in 1995.
