Matthew Bialko

Matthew Bialko is a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of the FP&A Center of Excellence at Astellas Pharma, Matthew leads a multi-national team focused on global standardization and best practices to support organizational growth. Prior roles at Astellas include oversight of Americas Business Operations and corporate planning initiatives, with a strong emphasis on revenue projections and analysis. Previously, Matthew held various leadership positions at Takeda, where responsibilities included commercial planning, portfolio optimization, and transformative initiatives. With a background in finance that began with roles at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation and McGladrey & Pullen, Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University.
