Sharon Davies

Sharon Davies has a diverse and extensive work history in various roles within the public sector. Sharon is currently the Head of Property Investment at Aster Group UK, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Assets and Programmes at Homes for Haringey from July 2021 to October 2022. Sharon also served as the Head of Property Refurbishment and Decarbonisation at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea from March 2021 to August 2021 and as a Programme Delivery Lead from October 2019 to March 2021. Before that, Sharon worked at Brighton & Hove City Council, where they held roles such as Programme Manager from October 2018 to October 2019, Business and Performance Project Manager from August 2015 to September 2018, and Partnering Project Manager from August 2012 to July 2015. Sharon began their career at Essex County Council, where they held various positions, including Senior Policy and Strategy Officer from November 2011 to July 2012, Policy and Strategy Officer from November 2010 to October 2011, and ASB Policy and Strategy Officer from August 2009 to November 2010.

Sharon Davies completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In October 2013, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training provided by APMG International. In December 2018, Sharon obtained MSP® Certifications from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Sharon further expanded their expertise by acquiring a Certificate in Building Surveying from RICS in January 2021. In February 2020, they completed Fire Risk Management in Residential Properties training offered by The Fire Protection Association. Most recently, in July 2022, they successfully completed the Next Generation Leaders Programme from the South East Consortium.
