Ronen Tamari

Ronen Tamari is an experienced researcher and entrepreneur specializing in artificial intelligence and data science. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Astera Institute, Ronen is focused on developing Sensemaking Networks to enhance the curation and discussion of scientific research. Previously, as a PhD candidate at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ronen integrated grounded cognition research into natural language understanding systems, while also fulfilling roles as a teaching assistant in various data science courses. Ronen's research experience includes positions at DAOstack, the University of California San Diego, and the Allen Institute for AI, with a strong foundation in natural language processing and blockchain technologies. Ronen holds a PhD in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, all from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
