Elli Castro-Bordano

Elli Castro-Bordano serves as the VP & Deputy General Counsel at Astera Labs since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in legal roles within the technology sector. Previously, Castro-Bordano held various positions at Marvell Technology, including Director and Associate General Counsel, and served as Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Inphi Corporation. Additional experience includes Senior Counsel at Broadcom Limited, Corporate Counsel at Brocade, and roles at Broadcom Corporation, AeroVironment, Integrated Data Services, Inc., and Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. Educated at Tulane University Law School with a JD and Claremont McKenna College with a BA in International Relations/History, Castro-Bordano has a strong foundation in legal and contractual matters.
