Kelvin Khoo

Kelvin Khoo is a seasoned executive in corporate development and business strategy, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Astera Labs since October 2023. With extensive experience in venture capital and technology sectors, Kelvin is also a partner at GlobalLink1 Capital, a firm specializing in early-stage technology investments, starting from May 2015. Previously, Kelvin held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Diakopto Inc. until its acquisition by Ansys in October 2023, and Vice President of Business Development at nusemi inc, acquired by Cadence Design Systems. Additional significant roles include Sr. Director of Business Development (M&A) at Broadcom Inc. and Vice President of Corporate/Business Development at NetLogic Microsystems. Kelvin’s career began with positions focused on marketing and corporate strategy at companies such as Conexant and GlobespanVirata.
