Priya Srivastava

Priya Srivastava has over 13 years of work experience. Priya is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Astera Labs since January 2022. Previously, they worked at Microsoft as an L&D Coordinator from September 2011 to March 2012, where they were responsible for program management and development of flagship learning & development programs. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Think Talent India Pvt Ltd from June 2010 to August 2011, supporting senior team members in various HR consulting activities. Priya also has experience as a Sales Officer Trainee at Nestle India, Kolkata, where they worked in sales and trade activation functions.

Priya Srivastava completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance & Marketing from KIIT School of Management (KSOM) between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) degree in Commerce at Bishop Cotton Women's Christian College from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Having Career Conversations with Your Team" and "Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
