Dennis W. Werth has extensive experience in system engineering, test and evaluation, and materiel release expertise for missile defense, precision fires, hypersonic, aviation, and space systems. Dennis W. has worked for various government agencies and private companies in leadership roles such as CEO, President, Vice President, and Department Manager. Werth has managed business units and led teams in program development and major program captures in missile defense, launch systems, hypersonic systems, flight testing, and system engineering. Dennis W. has expertise in systems simulation, integration, and testing for the Navy's Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) System Test and Evaluation Team. Additionally, they have experience as a Program Manager and System Engineer for the development, production, integration, and launch of ballistic missile targets for flight testing of missile defense systems. Prior to their career in defense, they worked in real estate and construction and in the battery manufacturing industry as a metallurgical engineer.
Dennis W. Werth completed their undergraduate education in Metallurgical Engineering at Michigan Technological University from 1976 to 1980. In 1990 and 1991, they attended the University of Florida, where they studied Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics, although they did not obtain a degree. Dennis W. earned a degree in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1994. Dennis W. later completed the Strategic Management Program at Hult Ashridge in 2004 and the Financial Management and Strategic Valuation program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 2007. In addition, they obtained two certifications from the U.S. Army Acquisition Corps: Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering, Level III in 1994, and Test & Evaluation Engineering, Level III in the same year.
