Antonio Haya

Antonio Haya has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners since September 2018 and as the Founder of Haya Energy Solutions since December 2010, specializing in M&A consulting. Previous roles include serving as a Board Member at GPTech and President of PONT SUR SAMBRE POWER SAS, overseeing significant power generation projects in France. Antonio has held key positions at Eon France as General Secretary and Strategy & Corporate Development Director, and at Société Nationale d'Electricité et de Thermique, where net sales and EBITDA saw significant growth. Their experience further encompasses strategic roles at Endesa in various capacities, including Retail & Energy Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. Antonio holds an MBA from the University of Deusto and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Sevilla.
