Stephanie Manning

Stephanie Manning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supporting early-stage founders and fostering diversity in the tech industry. At Lerer Hippeau, Stephanie served as Operating Partner, providing critical support to entrepreneurs, and held senior roles within the Platform team, including Senior Director and Director of Platform. As a co-founder and Board Member of NYC BLEND, Stephanie advocated for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the New York City tech ecosystem. Previous experience includes managing talent and community efforts at Work-Bench and engaging in talent acquisition at AppNexus. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.
