Chris Mcgovern

Chris McGovern is an experienced Development Director at Astir Living, where focus is on creating innovative housing solutions in diverse communities since November 2019, currently overseeing the development of 180 housing units and 20,000 sq/ft of commercial space in West Hampstead. Prior to this role, Chris served as Project Director at SPRING Residential and Fusion Residential, contributing to high-quality home developments with recognized market leadership. Experience also includes roles at Berkeley Group Holdings Plc as Technical Manager and Production Manager, and as Senior Project Manager at Buro Four, managing significant projects such as the Battersea Power Station redevelopment and the Dorchester Hotel Spa refurbishment. Chris holds a BSc in Construction Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
