Elise Puritz

Elise Puritz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in regional development, business strategy, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Regional Development for Southern California High Density at KTGY since October 2023, Elise has previously held significant roles at HED, where responsibilities included Strategy and Development Leader and Business Development Manager. Prior to that, Elise was the Director of Business Development at MHP, Inc. Structural Engineers and worked as an Independent Contractor focusing on business development and public relations. Elise's expertise in marketing and business development was also demonstrated during tenure at California Commercial Real Estate Services, achieving a 95% bid award rate and securing substantial new business. With earlier entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Music Factory PR, Elise has cultivated a strong skill set in communication, social media, and strategic growth throughout a comprehensive career spanning various industries. Elise holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism and ethnic studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
