Matt Parker

Matt Parker is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Astir Living, involved in the Napier Gateway - Luton Development, which features a mixed-use setup of 401 apartments, retail units, and a gym. Previously, Matt served as a Quantity Surveyor at Henry Construction Projects Limited, contributing to multiple projects, including a £32.5 million refurbishment of Carolyn House. Matt's early experience includes roles as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at JJ Rhatigan & Company, where participation in substructure and infrastructure works for various projects occurred, as well as experience as a Junior Estimator. Additionally, a background in logistics was gained as a Shipping Import Clerk at River Island. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University, complemented by a 5-year surveying apprenticeship.
