Annalise Zweegman

Annalise Zweegman currently serves as Manager zorg at Zorgpartners Midden-Holland since June 2023. With extensive experience at ASVZ since 1996, Annalise has held roles as a Coach & loopbaancoach and Teamleider Ambulante Dienstverlening, focusing on coaching and guiding MBO and HBO educated staff in family settings where individuals with developmental challenges require support. Additionally, Annalise worked as Teamcoach at Sociaal Team Gouda from May 2017 to April 2023. Annalise holds a certification as a coach for professionals from the school voor coaching in 2008 and has a foundational education in basic education.
