Kathleen Valenti

Kathleen Valenti has over 20 years of work experience. Kathleen has held various roles at Aston Carter, starting in 2004 as a Business Development Manager and later becoming the Director of Strategic Accounts. In their current role as the Director of Learning & Development, they lead a team responsible for creating learning opportunities and supporting the digital transformation of Aston Carter. Prior to working at Aston Carter, they worked at Aerotek as a Strategic Account Executive and a Senior Account Executive. Kathleen also worked at Newell Rubbermaid as an Account Manager.

Kathleen Valenti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with minors/concentrations in Marketing, International Business, and Italian from the University of Delaware in the years 1998-2002. Kathleen also holds a certification in Women in Leadership Institute from SHRM Women in Leadership Institute, obtained in the year 2023.
