Melissa Peters

Melissa Peters is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical talent acquisition and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Talent Partner at BNY and Recruitment Team Lead at Aston Holmes since May 2023, Melissa previously worked at Amazon as a Technical Recruiter II EMEA until April 2023, where employment was impacted by global layoffs. Prior to Amazon, Melissa held the position of Account Manager at Deloitte Consulting from October 2019 to February 2022, achieving recognition in Deloitte’s Top Talent programme and managing various stakeholder relationships while overseeing team performance in recruitment across multiple sectors. Melissa began career in finance recruitment at Afrizan Personnel from December 2017 to July 2019 and holds an Honours Degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
