Ellie Burgoyne

Ellie Burgoyne is a skilled professional with a diverse background in product development and hospitality. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Spring Valley Retreat, a luxury holiday let, Ellie manages strategic planning and operations while enhancing guest experiences through private cheffing. Concurrently, as Product Development Technologist at Aston Manor Cider, Ellie leads the creation and launch of innovative beverage products for top retailers, overseeing end-to-end processes and project management. Previous roles include covering for a Beverage Controller during a maternity leave, managing harvest operations at TOP BARN PRODUCE LIMITED, and undertaking various product development responsibilities at Morrisons and Orchard Valley Foods. Ellie holds a First Class Honours degree in Food Production with Marketing from Harper Adams University.
